To do Android enterprise enrollment, the device needs to support Android Enterprise. For vivo devices, the only support models are vivo V29 and vivo V29 Lite 5G. Please confirm the devices are with the two models.

If the device is not in the supported list, then the only enrollment method we can use is Android device administrator.
