@Lee Johnson Thank you for reaching out. In addition to Vinodh247's answer. Azure Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL team has been working on increasing the product presence in public Azure regions. We will continue to add more public regions as per customer demand. Azure Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL is going to be enabled in other Azure clouds, including Azure Government regions at a future date. It is not in our short term plan though. Considering other priorities in the product development it’s at least 6-12 months from now. Hope that helps. Regards, Oury

CosmosDB - PostgreSQL has been available in Global for quite some time now. How much longer before we get it in Gov? :-)
