We are getting following error "Couldn't upload changes: Upload is invalid" when we trying to add data in SP List. Interesting thing its only happening to 1 user, who tried to populate multiple links in hyperlink column.

Troubleshooting we have followed so far: cleared cache(worked once) and tried incognito(was working).

I am trying to understand the root cause of the issue and way to fix permanently.

    Hi @Deepu C ,

What you mean is that when there is only one user in the Edit in grid view, when adding multiple links to a field in the hyperlink column, an error will appear, right?

There are many reasons for this situation, such as problems with the filled in URL, problems with the site, problems with user permissions and problems with the network environment. Depending on your troubleshooting, you can currently rule out that the URL contains invalid characters; problems with the SharePoint list itself; user permission problems, etc. It seems to be related to the browser. You can try to ask this user to try another browser or computer. If it is a browser problem, you can ask the user to uninstall and reinstall the browser or use another browser.

    Hope this can help.
