We are using Exchange Online Plan2 as our email solution. One of our colleagues is facing an issue where meeting updates/cancellation emails are being automatically generated from her outlook app in android phone and being delivered to the meeting members.

What is the issue and how can we resolve it

This issue of automatic meeting updates or cancellations being sent from the Outlook app on Android has been reported by others as well. It seems to occur more frequently when the meeting invite is sent to a large audience.

In addition, if the user uses the "Sync Calendar" function in Outlook for Android, the meeting will be canceled unexpectedly. It is recommended that the user temporarily turn off this function to see if the problem continues.
