You will have to contact a Second Global Administrator to 'Revoke Sessions.' and Re-Register MFA on the Azure Portal or 365 Admin Center for you. If you don't have a Second Global Administrator, then you have a tenant lockout scenario.

I need help to log into my authenticator app, I can't log into my 365 admin console to change it , it's been a. While now I reset my info phone and can't get back in there , I can give you the domain.
