Hello, I do not receive mails anymore. This is what another person gets when they email me (from postmaster@outlook.com):
Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'. Bronserver: AM9P193MB1410.EURP193.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM

Do you have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue since probably 9th April.

My other hotmail account works fine.

I also tried to send e-mails from different accounts to mine - for most of them it looks like that the mail has been delivered - but it is not. Only my work account receives the same error message you posted.

I am receiving emails fine on my personal outlook.com email however a few of my customers that use outlook.com for their email account have reported having this issue. Is there any fix for this or is it the waiting game?

Hi @SokiGuo-MSFT , the issue seems resolved. However, as others have stated I am missing 48 hours of mail which I would like to get back/know what I missed. But it is nice that I receive mails again.

I chatted with the Microsoft support and received the following answer:

"I have checked my resources and I am sorry to say that this is a problem that has occurred on the Microsoft server over the last few days

However, Microsoft engineers have already started working on it and it will be ready very soon."

I am having the same issue since yesterday morning.

I am able to send emails, however if somebody tries to send me one they get a bounce back saying

'The recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending your message later or contact the recipient directly.'

Further down it then states

Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'
