In my case i have started receiving emails normally about 4 hours ago.
Not receiving mails: Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'

Hello, I do not receive mails anymore. This is what another person gets when they email me (from postmaster@outlook.com):
Remote server returned '532 5.3.2 STOREDRV.Deliver; Missing or bad mailbox Database property'. Bronserver: AM9P193MB1410.EURP193.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM
Do you have any idea on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

My other hotmail account works fine.
I also tried to send e-mails from different accounts to mine - for most of them it looks like that the mail has been delivered - but it is not. Only my work account receives the same error message you posted.

2024-04-15T09:02:16.23+00:00 Hi @SokiGuo-MSFT , the issue seems resolved. However, as others have stated I am missing 48 hours of mail which I would like to get back/know what I missed. But it is nice that I receive mails again.
