Tengo un problema para iniciar sesión en mi cuenta profesional.

Tengo una cuenta de Power BI Profesional que necesito acceder con urgencia, pero me encuentro en un dilema. Resulta que mi acceso dependía del autenticador instalado en mi teléfono celular, el cual se formateó recientemente y perdí la aplicación. He intentado restablecer la contraseña de mi cuenta sin éxito, y al tratar de contactar con el soporte técnico de Microsoft, me solicitan autenticar mi identidad, lo cual no puedo hacer debido a la falta de acceso al autenticador. Estoy en una situación complicada ya que necesito recuperar el acceso a mi cuenta de Power BI para continuar con mi trabajo. ¿Alguien ha enfrentado una situación similar o tiene alguna sugerencia sobre cómo puedo resolver este problema sin depender del autenticador? Agradezco cualquier ayuda o consejo que puedan ofrecer.
