Hi @احمد محمد محمود محمد سالم ,
The UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError
is an error message that typically appears when a user tries to access Microsoft Outlook Web Mail and their account does not have a valid license or mailbox assigned to it.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Contact your admin and ask them to check your license and mailbox status.
- If your account has owned the license, please try to sign into your account in another browser such Edge to see how it goes.
In some cases, changing a registry value has also been reported to fix the issue. For instance, changing the AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled
value from 1
to 0
under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\ Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Edge
was found to resolve the issue. More information, see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1080144/userhasnomailboxandnolicenseassignederror
