    1. Contact your admin and ask them to check your license and mailbox status.
    2. If your account has owned the license, please try to sign into your account in another browser such Edge to see how it goes.

    In some cases, changing a registry value has also been reported to fix the issue. For instance, changing the AmbientAuthenticationInPrivateModesEnabled value from 1 to 0 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\ Software\\Policies\\Microsoft\\Edge was found to resolve the issue.
