intune company portal android devices question

How can I exclude a user group in Intune from the Company Portal on Android devices so they can install Teams and Outlook without needing to install the Company Portal?

well I did this as you said but nothing changed I have also restarted my phone.

to let you know the devices are personal -owned
do I need to take action on the below settings

Problem solved the thing was tha I had to put exclusions to compliance police and to app protection policy.
