Outlook does not display email contents

Hi All

One of my user is facing an issue on Outlook for Mac. When the user triggers an email from Outlook, the email's text body is not visible for internal and external recipients receiving the emails. For some emails, recipients only see the signature, and the rest of the email appears blank. sometimes, only a portion of the email is visible. The user reconfigured the outlook profile, but the issue persists. when the user sends emails from Outlook Web Access (OWA), there are no issues at all. The problem seems to be specific to the new version of Outlook for Mac; when users switch back to the old version of Outlook, user don't encounter any problem.

    Can you provide specific screenshots so we can better understand the problem?

    Considering the current situation, it is recommended that you try the following troubleshooting

    1. How did this user create the email? Check how the emails are being created and ensure that the text is being added to the body of the email and not as an attachment.
    2. It seems that the problem only occurs on the specific client. Please check the system and Outlook version and upgrade to the latest version.
    3. If the issue continues, try to uninstall MS Office 365 from Mac and reinstall it.
