Cannot access Role and permissions page in Data Catalog solution on Microsoft Purview portal

Hi everyone,

I was trying to set up permission for a user to access Data Catalog in Microsoft Purview portal and got stuck with this problem. Somehow I cannot access the Roles and permissions page, even though I am using a Global Administrator user account.

The problem is that the user account I used to create the Purview resource is a guest account from a different tenant. The tenant where this Purview belongs is of my client. So I guess the tenant difference is the reason why I was blocked when access the page.

Is there any way that I can fix this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

    Solution: The issue is resolved. We managed to solve the problem by modifying my account from guest to member of my client tenant with the same domain in the principal name. Then I accessed the Roles and Permission page again and it worked this time.
