Logging into MS Learn Sandbox module - unexpected error

Hi i'm having issues logging into the MS Learn Sandbox.

At first i thought i might be restricted by my organization because of some policy. So i switched to a private account. Still haveing the same issues. I thought it might require an Azure Sub. So i signed up for this. It still does not let me sign in.

I have closed all browser sessions, and also ran a new in-private browser session. Still no luck.

After this i read up even more. It clearly states i dont even need an Azure Sub. So it was a waste to use my free shot there. Still i can not launch the Sandbox and can not get any further with the training.

Why does this have to be so hard? What do i do wrong?

The reasons seems to be connected to Account permissions, which should have been asked for on login. When i logged inn several hours later, i was now asked for this and accepted. I dont know why i didn't get the question for account permissions the first time around. It is now solved. Thanks.

Same as above ... and same sentiment "Why does this have to be so hard" ... I'm now stuck with no able to do training my Company insists I need to do !

Cutting and pasting answers is of no use, and is obviously only done for "upvotes" ... It's apparent that there is an issue with my specific ID that needs addressing by someone at Microsoft ... hence posting on the Microsoft site. It would be nice to actually get support from Microsoft themselves at some stage !!!

I just had to "verify I am a human" with 10 ... yes 10 images ... all correctly, to then, at 20% of the sandbox loading get, once more a "unexpected error has occurred"..

Again, why is it so hard to getting anything support !

Thank you for the answer, but this is not really relevant to my case.

Yes my account is verified.

Yes i am aware of the sandbox activation limit - but i did have the whole hour of time left when i first started getting the problems.

I dont think this is regarding a specific clouds skills challenge. As it was the first attempt at logging into the sandbox.

So in short. I still have the problems, this is not helpful. Thank you for trying your best.
