Unable to add Work Account to my Windows 11 Home

I am trying to add my work account to my personal laptop, But it throw this error. I had this account added to my another personal laptop(Window 10) earlier. It was worked fine.

    Since you're on Windows 11 Home, this could be cause.

    You might need Pro edition. Additionally you can go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, click on Connect. Instead of signing in with work account, simply click on "Join this device to Microsoft Entra ID".

    Then sign in and restart the system. You can now switch user to work account.

    1. Check your connectivity.
    2. As long as it is a personal device and you are trying to join a work account, your IT team may block MDM - Personal devices from joining their tenant, which is normal in many companies.
    3. Sometimes, I see this issue when your device joins multiple tenants.
