I passed my DP-900 Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals Exam. But I haven't received the certification yet on the certification dashboard.

Login with your email with which you have achieved your certification, navigate to Microsoft Certification Dashboard, click on Credentials and certificates as shown below, if the problem persists please raise a Support Ticket with Microsoft.
