MS Teams, Blank login box in Windows Server 2019

Question

We are using Remote Desktop Service in Windows server 2019.

But some terminal users can't run Teams suddenly.

When they sign in Teams with their email address, only blank white screen pops up with the header title 'Sign in to Microsoft Teams'.

And if I close the white blank window, it says Error code -4c7 "There's a more permanent way to sign in to Microsoft Teams. If you're having trouble completing the process, talk to your IT admin"

To fix this issue, I tried to do things below.

• clear the credentials in credential manager.
• uninstall and reinstall Teams.
• run Teams from the original location of teams.exe not from the shortcut on the desktop
• change Teams.exe compatibility mode
• delete setup.json

please give me some advices.

For Windows Server 2019, the only supported installation method is:

Dism /Online /Add-ProvisionedAppxPackage /PackagePath:<MSIX package path> /SkipLicense

Make sure sideloading is enabled, and that WebView2 is installed. See 'Requirements'.

The /SkipLicense command is needed because the MSIX package isn't considered a "Store Package" (since it wasn't downloaded from the store). Therefore, for the Dism installation command to succeed, you need to enable this policy as well during installation time: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > App Package Deployment > Allow all trusted apps to install.

Please note: AllowAllTrustedApps must be enabled after the new Teams package is successfully staged in the golden image. Otherwise, the registration of the package to each user (which happens only on login) will fail and users wont be able to launch the app.

Also, New Teams on Windows Server 2019 needs FSLogix 2210 HotFix 4.

It is so difficult install new Teams on Windows Sever 2019.

Your guidance is totally same with the Microsoft Document (Just copy and paste).

Why is it so difficult to use Teams on Windows Server. Too many processes and steps.

Please make an easy way or show me detail steps for installation.

Do I need to install FSLogix 2210 HotFix 4? I tried to install it, but it failed.
