Since Friday 5 July my custom signup-signin policy no longer works and I have not made any changes. Now returns this "Unable to validate the information provided" error when registering a user. Are there any problems with Azure AD B2C Entra?

    Issue:

AD b2c entra - custom policy - AADB2C90278 Unable to validate the information provided

    Solution:
    Issue resolved by @Alberto Renzi

The user was experiencing an issue with App Insights logging, and eventually discovered that the issue was related to a directory object quota limit being exceeded in their tenant. The error message indicated that the quota limit had been exceeded and suggested that the user either ask their administrator to increase the quota limit or delete objects to reduce the used quota. The user was able to resolve the issue by deleting permanently deleted users, which reduced the used quota and allowed App Insights logging to function properly.

What are the limits and where can I find them?
By default, a maximum of 50,000 Microsoft Entra resources can be created in a single tenant by users of the Microsoft Entra ID Free edition. If you have at least one verified domain, the default Microsoft Entra service quota for your organization is extended to 300,000 Microsoft Entra resources. Resource limitations apply to all directory objects in a given Microsoft Entra tenant, including users, groups, applications, and service principals. A non-admin user can create no more than 250 Microsoft Entra resources. Both active resources and deleted resources that are available to restore count toward this quota. Only deleted Microsoft Entra resources that were deleted fewer than 30 days ago are available to restore. Deleted Microsoft Entra resources that are no longer available to restore count toward this quota at a value of one-quarter for 30 days.

For your reference: Microsoft Entra ID limits

To check your AAD Quota limit
Sign into Graph Explorer with your account that has access to the directory and run
Get ``https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/organizationUser's image To check what objects are consuming AAD Quota limit
    User's image

Concerning the error code, I will report this issue to our internal team for further investigation.
