mail flow rule not work

HI, Expert,

I setu the rule when biger size message hit our mail server, the server will reject to give explanation to sender.

I test it not work.

Could you give advice what I lost?

    Hi @liuwei@cesm

    What's your Exchange server and CU version?

    Please provide more information about your issue? Not work means you still receive messages size larger than 5MB or what else?

    Have you checked the rules you created befor which you may selected "Stop processing more rules"

    Select this check box to avoid applying additional rules after this rule processes a message. If the rule with higher priority worked with this option checked, this will lead to other rules not working.

    I tested this in Exchange Online and got a rejection notice to the external sender:
    How are you testing this? Is this an on-prem Exchange Server in hybrid mode or just on-prem or just Exchange Online?

    Hi Joyce,

    The verion is AdminDisplayVersion : Version 15.1 (Build 2044.4)

    The rule is partial functional, the message is rejected, but the explanation did not arrive sender.

    As the rule to reject and notice.

    Only one rule in testing.

    If the sender is changed to inside, the rule is full functional., As being rejected and sender get notification.

    It sounds casued by transport confi.g Then I setup config as below. Same story. I have no idea what configuration I lost.

    If Sender is outside, and suject is "TESTMYDOG". Reject with explanation.
    The message log is below. Could you give advice what wrong on the exchanger?
