@Ezequiel Scholz, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, it seems the error code seems to be with device management.
Please check if windows automatic enrollment is enabled and if MDM user scope it set to ALL. And the "Windows Information Protection (WIP) user scope" is set to "None"

In addition, please ensure the user is with both Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Premium license assigned.
