Graph API List Call Records with empty array result which is working in earlier.

Hi Team, Suddenly, the Graph API List Call Records API is not working. We are getting Empty array of values for call Records. Previously it worked well and return the call records for the tenant.

The API is something like https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/communications/callRecords

Check if your call records is older than 30 days, they only remain available for 30 days. This API doesn't return call records older than 30 days.

Hi CarlZhao,Two days before I got the List of Call Records from the API. Suddenly it doesn't return any values of call Records.

Yes, my app has all necessary permissions, with the admin consent.

Have you added any filter on that API? If yes, try removing the filter, does it work?

I didn't add any filter on that Api. It returns an empty array.

We have confirmed that this is an API outage, and Microsoft is working to fix it. See similar issues: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/2077777/list-call-records-api-returns-200-but-no-call-reco.

Hi @Vishnu Ganeshan

I noticed that many users in the community have encountered the same problem as you, with a response code of 200 but no data returned. I just did a quick test locally and it also only returned an empty array.

This may be an issue with the API endpoint. I recommend that you open a support ticket to report the issue to the Microsoft support team.

Any news about the issue and how to fix ?
the calls/<callID>/operations/<recordingID> always returns 200 ok empty
