create Identity validation failed

Question

My organization is Beijing Kingsoft Security Software Co., Ltd. Our company's official website is www.ijinshan.com.I encountered a failure when creating Identity validation, and twice I was asked to provide domain purchase invoices or registry confirmation records. I have provided the domain certificate and domain records, but it still hasn't been approved, and no reason for the failure has been provided. What should I do? I hope to receive your reply.

Have you been able to view the PRivate messages here? Please share the document the validation team has requested:

Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/Username and domain as it is stated on account. Remember to provide the document which is issued within the previous 12 months.

@Matthew Keller Our public records indicate that the organization was founded less than 3 years ago. At this time we are only able to onboard organizations that were incorporated more than 3 years ago.
