@KristapsKD, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the error, it comes when it tries to enroll into Intune. I notice this device seems to enroll before. We can remove the previous enrollment information under the following registry key path.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Enrollments
To enroll into Intune with automatic enrollment method, please ensure the user is with both Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID Premium license assigned. Meanwhile, please ensure the "MDM user scope" is set as All and "WIP user scope" is set as none in Intune admin center portal.

In addition, please check if there's any enrollment restriction set in Intune which may block our enrollment.
