Getting error while creating a resource group in Azure for Students account

I am facing an error while creating an azure app service or creating a resource group.
I am using a student account.

Below is the screenshot of the error that I am getting while creating a resource group

    It might be the issue with deny assignment attaches a set of deny actions to a user, group, or service principal at a particular scope for the purpose of denying access. Deny assignments block users from performing specific Azure resource actions even if a role assignment grants them access.
