Problems signing in to your work account to https://endpoint.microsoft.com/

I have changed MobilI and now can't log in with Authenticator, The reset didn't get with Microsoft Entra ID

I have restored my working old Mobile access to login, you see my Microsoft Entra ID but shows neither number for Athetication nor One-time password code, I only see Create a password key and Configure 2-step verification.

It also doesn't show security methods like SMS, email or a security key.

I have also tried deleting the Authenticator app and reinstalling it on the old phone. with no success

I am an IT Administrator and I access the *** Email address is removed due to confidentiality *** email.

How do I solve this? want to create a case for Microsoft Service but then you have to enter the Intune Manager, which I don't do..

@Sokoban, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you are unable to login Intune portal due to MFA authentication. The authenticator is not working.

Based as I know, the following page can set sign in method. You can click to see if it can access. If yes, you can remove the previous authenticator method and re-add it to configure authenticator on the other device to access our Intune portal. For the new URL, it is the one Pavel mentioned.

Please try the above suggestion and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
