Azure Dev Tools for teaching

Question

Hi there, I am trying to avail azure dev tools for teaching using my academic email from here:

But it shows "Unable to confirm your University ID"

Can anyone please help me how to avail this subscription and what pre-requisite must be fulfilled before it can be availed?

Also what are the steps for an organization to enrolled in Azure dev tools for teaching program? Is there any subscription which can be bought for this?
