cant add mailfrom Address in Email Communication Services Domain

I follow this steps: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/quickstarts/email/add-multiple-senders?pivots=platform-azp#create-multiple-sender-usernames but I can not add custom Mailfrom Addresses, button Add is gray. Please help me how to add custom MailFrom Addresses. The domain is custom, is not Azure managed domain.

you are following the correct document, but before following the steps , you need to achieve the Prerequisites, Please do check it below, once they are checked , i believe you will be able to add custom Mailfrom Addresses.

Prerequisites

An Azure account with an active subscription. Create an account for free.

An Azure Communication Services Email Resource created and ready to add the domains. See Get started with Creating Email Communication Resource.

A custom domain with higher than default sending limits provisioned and ready. See Quickstart: How to add custom verified email domains.

Thanks for confirming, now this allows us to do few troubleshooting steps,

Ensure that your custom domain is fully verified in ACS. Sometimes, DNS propagation can take 24-48 hours, so double-check your domain verification status in the Azure portal.

Make sure you have the necessary permissions. You need to have the Owner or Contributor role on the ACS resource. You can check this under Azure Portal → ACS → Access Control (IAM) → Role Assignments.

Go to ACS settings and make sure email features are enabled.

If the portal does not allow adding MailFrom addresses, you can try using the Azure CLI. command you can use: az communication email domain update --name <your-domain> --mail-from "<custom-email>".

I verified custom domain in ACS 6 days ago.

I have owner role.

ACS setting have all email features enabled.

Optional:

I received the follow message: unrecognized arguments: --mail-from

Use the below link to apply for support ticket OR you can also do it from the portal itself. Do make sure you provide correct subscription details and detailed support request.

1.Under left Menu you can find Help and Support , Create a new support request

Provide the details regarding the service you want like limit increase.

Select an issue type

Then you will be getting Recommended solution but instead of that continue creating your support request by selecting Return to support request, then selecting Next.
Monitor the case here,
