Azure credits already redeemed with my co-founder's account

We have an organization on Founders Hub with two members - my co-founder and my own. We already redeemed Azure credits and accidentally did it with his account. Since I'm a technical founder (CTO), it would be much better to use my linked Azure account instead.

Is there a way to transfer credits from his Azure account to mine? Or is the only option we have now is to use his account?

    Transferring Azure credits from your co-founder’s account to your own is possible, but it is not a self-service process. To initiate this, please submit a support ticket to the Startup Support team, clearly indicating that the request is related to an "entitlement transfer."
