On the 10/05/2025 we got a mail in regards to our request for more Azure credits, the mail confirmed that we have unlocked $5000 in Azure credits and benefits and that it can now be reedemed until 15/09/2025. However this is yet to reflect in our founders hub account, we have previously exhausted the $1000 Azure credit formerly provide to us and it was due to expire at 15/09/2025. Is there a different way to reedem this or we are required to do something else, please help with providing a solution. Thanks

    Hi Team Locumspace

To address the issue of the $5,000 Azure credits not appearing in your Founders Hub account after confirmation, please ensure that all activation steps for the Azure credits have been completed. These steps include:

Signing in to your Founders Hub account

Navigating to the Home page and selecting "Activate Azure Account"

Following the prompts to link your Microsoft account and complete the registration process

Since your previous $1,000 credit expired on 15/09/2025, please verify whether the newly unlocked $5,000 credit has been applied to the same Azure Sponsorship subscription. If it has not, the situation may require manual review and support intervention.

Additionally, confirm that all items in the verification checklist have been completed. This may include actions such as verifying your business domain or adding a team member to your account.

Please refer to the doc, Azure Activation FAQs

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance Submit Support Request.

Please reach out to us if you have any other queries.
