Hi everyone,

Half a year to a year ago my main email got hacked. I've filled in the recovery form multiple times without any success. Most of my important stuff linked to the email have been able to be saved luckily.

Is there anyway to escalate? The forms seems to be scanned by AI. If I were to be able to communicate with an actual person I'd be able to provide way more information. An example would be payment information. The form requests credit card info meanwhile over in The Netherlands we don't really use that form of payment so I can't actually provide the information it requests.

Thanks for the answers you may provide
