I get this error message when I try register a brand to get a local phone number. Everything about my subscription looks like it should be eligible.

Supported subscription types include Modern Customer Agreement, Enterprise Agreement, and Pay-As-You-Go. Additionally, phone number availability depends on your billing address region, as local numbers are only available in specific countries. While Toll-Free numbers may be accessible in more regions, local numbers often have stricter geographic and regulatory requirements.
To determine eligibility, you can check in the Azure portal under Azure Communication Services > Phone Numbers Country/Regional Availability of Telephone Numbers and Subscription Eligibility for ACS

Thanks for that information. I do have a paid subscription (see below). I have also added a verified custom domain, and my tenant region/country is the United States. I don't see anywhere to add any additional location information for the business on my tenant. Chat-gpt also suggests providing my EIN number to Microsoft support... Is that necessary?
