Teams loading loop

My Teams refuses to load whether it's my own account or accessing a link shared by someone else.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but all I get is a never-ending blue spinning wheel on the sign-in page.

Need the advice

    Based on your description, I understand that you're facing an issue where Microsoft Teams refuses to load, even though there are no problems with your network connection. I believe the following information may help you:

    1. Using web version temporarily 

    While the issue is pending, we recommend that you temporarily use the Teams web version to avoid work interruptions  

    1. Clear Teams Cache a Resetting the apps 

    You can try to clear Teams cache (both new and classic version) by following the instruction in this article:  Clear the Teams client cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn 

    If the issue still persists after this period and after trying the above steps, please let us know.
