Process1_Initialization_Failed Error During Rollback from Windows 11 back to 10
I'm attempting to Rollback to Windows 10 from Windows 11 preview. When I attempt to, however, I get the "Black Screen of Death" and the error: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED. How can I resolve this?
Update, I accidentally marked this inquiry as resolved. Its not. I selected answered accidentally. Lets continue to troubleshoot and share until we fix this rollback/reset garbage.

2021-08-07T07:34:06+00:00 I did a factory reset on my pc first so I used windows 10 21H1, then I later upgraded to windows 11 so its 21H1 19043.1151 directly to 22000.120 or windows 10 to windows 11 I did and this is my second day using windows 11 and I can find a way to rollback to windows 10.
In that case you may have also seen this other bug where you cannot open any windows security link ?

2021-08-07T07:05:53+00:00 I've filed a report and chatted with two agents yesterday morning. I've Googled, I've watched youtube videos and I've posted here. A fruitless effort to say the least. I selected Beta and not Dev for a reason. I'm just a regular guy who can normally make his way around computers. When we dive into the technical, however, quite frankly I'm screwed. I got my laptop in March, maintained it well, and ensured that I kept up with updates. Now I find myself stuck with this broken version of an operating system. Windows Security features are inaccessible, I can't roll back to Windows 10 or reset without that black screen of death. appearing. I'm absolutely exhausted. In the morning, I'll reach out to customer service on my work computer, so that I can troubleshoot, restart, reboot whatever with the agent available to guide me. I'm not leaving the customer service chat, without a resolution. I understood when I installed this **** that there might be bugs, but darn. This close to release, and I can't roll back an update? After I get this **** resolved, I'm getting a MacBook.
Yeah, many people on other forums have stated that the newest windows 11 version is unstable and people shouldn't upgrade, even devs said so. People on reddit have talked about how they can't upgrade and there are also some people experiencing problems with downgrading so it can't be a select few. I guess we will just have to wait... I should've just stuck with Windows 10 21H1 build, it was already pretty optimized yet I upgraded to Windows 11 just to gain a tiny bit more of performance. I guess we just gotta pray onto developers release an updated stable version since this version is obviously not stable.

2021-08-07T07:01:27+00:00 We likely won't find any solutions in this forum. It would be rather different if actual test engineers were wandering around. This update was a huge mistake. If I can't perform a simple rollback or reset, I sincerely doubt that I'll be able to successfully install the stable release.
