503 error code

I have used Edge to upload images to a site

without a problem for 5 months   suddenly it will not load

the image hangs with the spinning pin wheel going nowhere or the 503 error code appears

They  have suggested it is the browser but I have not had this problem in 2000 image loadings

I have restarted edge and Bing cleared caches logged out of the site   reset my  password logged back in no change

yet everything else on their site works correctly

.How can Edge be at fault

503 indicates a website server problem and I am not a Website

Any help out there please

They  have not been forth coming as yet

    I got a response right back at the beginning again till I let them know in no uncertain terms that all those things had been tried the girl passed it on as she put it to the appropriate department to take a look that was 5 hours  ago and I am still waiting I have just triedto load an image and it still hangs with the spinning wheel widget going nowhere  The reason I showed you Ethernet properties was to show you the items you asked me to tick are already ticked I am really fed up with Pinterest support they just dont respond fast enough they must have had this query numerous times that many people upload images to them I am sure I am not the only one who has had this happen.

    The images I uploaded to you did it without any problem

    I have just tried in an in private window but that makes no difference either How can it work for 5 month consecutively then suddenly not do it has tobe their server it just has to be

    Will keep you up to speed if they ever respond
