503 error code

I have used Edge to upload images to a site

without a problem for 5 months   suddenly it will not load

the image hangs with the spinning pin wheel going nowhere or the 503 error code appears

They  have suggested it is the browser but I have not had this problem in 2000 image loadings

I have restarted edge and Bing cleared caches logged out of the site   reset my  password logged back in no change

yet everything else on their site works correctly

.How can Edge be at fault

503 indicates a website server problem and I am not a Website

Any help out there please

They  have not been forth coming as yet

thanks

Chris

Yes, after all the tests, we can practically say that the server is the problem, but we need their confirmation, I wait for the news.

If it still doesn’t solve it, don’t worry because our community is open and I can let another expert with more ideas try to help you, but before that I need to be sure, because if they confirm a problem with the server, it doesn’t help any more solutions to be passed on to you, because the problem is probably in the site server.

    Until later.

    UPDATE

    HI Claudeera

They have now passed it to a Product Quality Supervisor who said they were sorry and were still looking into it   that was 9 hrs. ago 5 hrs. after her notifying me she was on it

    so that's a further 13 hrs. I have waited

meantime I did Multi virus scans at my end  this morning and 2 high risk trojans were found one a remote desktop file and the other a fake Evernote file a file that can if used disrupt websites these have been completely removed so I then  went and tried t o load a pin again on Pinterest   no change

So again I feel it must be there end     thats where we are up to

    Kind regards

    Chris

I understand, in this case we will do the scan to ensure, in this way:

    -Check with Windows Defender:

Uninstall any third-party anti-malware, many antivirus have their own removal tool. Visit the Installed Software website for more information. Your system will not be left unprotected because Windows has its own security system that automatically enables it as soon as you restart your computer.

leave only Windows Defender, then Windows + i, update and security, Windows security, open Windows security, protection against viruses and threats, scan options, check and do a full scan, then check and do an offline scan.

    Graciously,

    Claudeir

    Hi Claudeera

This screenshot I took whilst again trying to load a Pin                                                                      note the gold and red information at the bottom does this tell you anything significant

This is the inspect element that I revealed to offer a clue you will need to zoom in I think

Well, I hope the problem is really on the server, but I'll be leaving your question open for another specialist to evaluate with more ideas, bye friend.
