The question is: is it legal for microsoft to invade our website and introduce a code that takes our clients to the competition without even consulting us? I understand that you want to provide an additional service to search engines, but invading our websites without our consent is abusive.
It is 100% illegal for any individual or company or company to use any intellectual property of a company or an individual website where a copyright notice has been included and displayed. The copyright of a website is legally binding. And what Microsoft are doing is unapproved and unwarranted theft. Simple as that.
Time to open a legal case with the small claims court for massive compensation.
