I'm using write.exe from several year ago, because it was the first word processor in Windows 95, and from then I was using it with windows 98, 2000, XP, etc.  but this applicantion doesn't work with windows 7. The compatibilyty solver doesn't give a solution. I have hundred of documents done with this application and I can't use them now. Others word processors doesn't open it correctly ¿ Can somebody give me a solution ?

I can confirm I have downloaded Corel Wordperfect as part of the Corel Office X6 suite on 30-day free trial and it will open *.wri files and save them (for example) as *.rtf

It is a 400MB download and you have to supply (any) email address.
