Hello Jan,
Thank you for replying and providing the screenshot.
I would like to inform you that this issue could be caused due to following reasons.
- Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries are missing.
- Software problem.
I would request you to delete all the entries of Visual C++ from programs list and then reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x64) from the link provided below.

If the issue still persists after installing above package, the issue should be a software problem. I suggest you take a clean boot check whether it is a software conflict issue. If not, it is still recommended to address the problem with
manufacturer support. Thank you for your understanding.
Please refer the link provided below for information on how to perform Clean Boot.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows
Note:
After you have finished troubleshooting, follow these steps from
section “How to reset the computer to start as usual after clean boot troubleshooting”
to reset the computer to start as usual.
Please monitor the system in the Clean Boot environment. If the problem does not occur, it indicates that the problem is related to one application or service we have disabled. You may use the MSCONFIG tool again to re-enable the disabled
item one by one to find out the culprit.
Hope the information provided helps. Do let us know the results of the troubleshooting steps, so that we can assist you further.
