Get a Error Message " Invalid value of Registry " when I try to open a app of windows

When I try to open a app like music or videos or a pdf file in windows 8 app screen, a error message appears that the value of registry is invalid ! But the photo app of windows 8 app works correctly. None of the other apps open which is in megascreen of windows 8 ! Please help me out .

    Run these three commands the same way you ran the sfc/scan now to see if that fixes the issues after they run if the last one says it fixes the issue rerun sfc/scannow.

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    I did run these 3 commands() and then reran sfc/scannow .It completed with the following error :

    Try this http://www.vindamedia.com/windows/help/windows-8-general-errors  if IDSM doesn't work there is another one on that page that adds /limitaccess

    Try those and let me know if the scan finishes. The error code you got means there was no internet access, I think. Bad network drivers or most likely 3rd party anti-virus software is the issue
