I have windows 8.1 and when I go to my apps i see an "x" at the bottom right hand corner. I already tried the whole uninstalling and installing again. But it won't even install at all i just get another errror code for it 0x80070002. As for the updating apps i get 0x8000000e. I've been looking around to try and solve my problem but i can't find anything for the 0x8000000e issue and I dont know what really to do. So i hope someone can help me. Thanks.

I wonder if you can help me also...

I am having this same problem and it's driving me insane.

I believe this may also be the cause of me not being able to receive the "Get Windows 10" App.

I have installed all the latest update - just spent 2 hours updating everything!!

I have been putting this problem off for a long time now but it's really starting to affect me.

    Personally I have a Lenovo G700 running Win8.1.

I have attached an image below to indicate the issue.

Also, if you notice the blank icon to the right of my store app icon on the taskbar? This is what happens if I try opening any of my tiles.

Please help, it didn't particularly bother me to start with but I've searched far and beyond the internet and everything I have tried just doesn't seem to work and it's driving me berserk.
