Mouse and keyboard input not working after windows 10 upgrade from windows 7.

I upgraded to the window 10 tech preview from windows 7 and now my mouse and keyboard dont work once the os loads up and brings me to the sign in screen. I cant even roll back to windows 7 now because I have no mouse input except for when the bios splash screen is showing. Any help would be amazing thank you.

    How do you downgrade to Win 7 from the boot menu?

    U have to go to the boot menu and then select the storage location of the previous OPS and then   a menu will appear to request for restoring the previous build

    Ok, pressed the normal keys to access the BIOS, then it shows me a flashing underscore for a few seconds, then goes to a black screen and sits there.  I can't even access my BIOS.  I have no idea what is going on at this point.
