Windows Script Host Error

Hi

I am having this error on start up today after installing a certain update that was suggested by my Bitdefender.

((loading script"C:\users\Ahmed\AppData\Roaming\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.vbs" failed (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process).))

The update was ( Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2

Please Advice, I don't like seeing this error

    How have you determined that the computer is no longer infected?

    Does the behavior persist if you uninstall .NET Framework 4.5.2 (which should automatically restore v4.5.1 upon reboot)?

    Yes, It is the Same PC, but those problems in the previous threads are solved now, they were due an incompatible wireless adapter and I removed it a long time ago.
