The problem is Solved.
It was caused by the iexplore.vbs
I followed the instructions in this link

Hi
I am having this error on start up today after installing a certain update that was suggested by my Bitdefender.
((loading script"C:\users\Ahmed\AppData\Roaming\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.vbs" failed (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process).))
The update was ( Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2
Please Advice, I don't like seeing this error

So, you're saying this might not be solved? cz this virus is kinda killing me and every USB :/
