LaunchAnywhere Error: Windows error 2 occured while loading the Java VM

The error in the title come out when i tried to install a stock trading software,is there any method to fix it?[ I have tried to install the software on another laptop to make sure it is not the problem of the software.Download link: https://www.osk188.com/page.jsp?name=download_apps]

    Can someone please speak in laymen terms and help?!!!  I don't speak "computer."  I'm a former multi-Emmy winning TV News Reporter who went back to school to get a Master's in Science and now help kids and young adults with Autism.  In short, I'm not trained in the language you speak.

    Here's what I have:  Windows 10.  I've been ignoring one pesky update for the past 3 days.  No longer than that.  Note:  Windows seems to want to update something new everyday.

    Message I'm receiving:  

    LaunchAnywhereError

    (Insert big red X) Windows error 2 occured while loading the Java VM

    Printscreen of what I'm attempting to download attached.  Please help.  I'm not nearly as intelligent as I'd like to be.

    Please select the exe package and run with "Troubleshoot Compatibility".
