    Hello,

I am getting the "WIndows error 2 occurred while loading the Java VM" and I have tried the solutions proposed and I am still getting the error. Here is my system configuration..

    • Windows 7 Ultimate
    • Java release 8.0_066
    • Flexera 2013
    • Comptia Network+ N10-006 Lab Simulation Software

Any ideas what is going on? How would I go about getting a java version that is compatible with Flexera 2013? I have contacted Comptia support and they are unable to provide a solution that works.

Not sure this will help but my Java build version is 1.8.0_60-b27. Good luck.

I submitted a posting on the Flexera website to see if they have a suggestion. The most frustrating thing for me about this issue is that the Comptia support team has not been able to provide a fix for this.

    Hello,

In order to get rid of the error (so that I could installed the software) I had to install a older version of java. Once I did that I was able to uninstall the Pearson Network+ lab simulation software.

Ok I have been trying to fix this issue with the Network+ Lab simulation for more than 1 week.   Hopefully getting the correct access codes will not take that long.
