Multiple Display Function is missing.

Hello there, I just loaded windows 8.1 on my desk top computer (a new SSD drive) and noticed that the function for multiple display operation is missing. Can you help please. Thanks.

    When you received the error, "The driver is not digitally signed", you need to temporarily modify your Windows 8.1 settings to "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement". To do that, follow these steps:

    1. Open the Windows 8.1 "charms bar" and click the Settings icon.
    2. Hold down the Shift key and click the power icon.
    3. Hold down the Shift key and click Restart.
    4. Choose Troubleshoot.
    5. Choose Advanced Options.
    6. Choose Startup Settings.
    7. Click Restart.
    8. Before rebooting, Windows 8.1 displays the startup settings. Select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" by pressing the '7' key on your keyboard.
