Delete the IDman in the second screenshot. That is a third party download manager. Reboot and see if that happens again.

I have this error on startup with window script host dialogue C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\MICROSOFT\tmp7D6.tmp.js. Also due to this my edge is not working and no apps associated with windows 10. Unable to use any app because microsoft edge is not working. Please help.

Unzip and run autoruns. Select the second tab "logon" and post a screenshot of what is listed.

I was just trying to narrow down what that was and how to get rid of it. Please let me know if you are unhappy with my troubleshooting.
