Hello everyone,

I can´t sign up to my microsoft account on my PC.

Everytime i try its giving me the error-code 0x800c0002. I can´t find any solution for the problem. I tried the common ways like uninstalling preinstalled McAffee Products.

Any other ideas?

Many Thanks!

    Hi,

I am unable to log into my Microsoft account on the initial setup or via the app store when using my surface 2 (I get the message "unable to log into Microsoft services"). I can however log into my account if I log in when I download an app individualy so I'm unsure why this should be the case. I would appreciate any help you may be able to offer.

    Regards,

    Dave.

Can I ask if you were able to log in to yiur Microsoft account before and what device are you using ? I have just bought a refurbished surface 2 so I'm wondering if I'm having problems due to the age  of the tablet.

    Dave.

    Hi,

We may need to do further investigation to isolate the issue and to identify a potential solution. May we know if you are trying to sign in using your Microsoft account on your PC, or if you are trying to sign in to your email account using a web browser? What is the exact error message you are getting? Please send us a screenshot, so we can take a closer look.

We hope to hear from you soon.
