error-code 0x800c0002

Hello everyone,

I can´t sign up to my microsoft account on my PC. 

Everytime i try its giving me the error-code 0x800c0002. I can´t find any solution for the problem. I tried the common ways like uninstalling preinstalled McAffee Products.

Any other ideas?

    I am unable to log into my Microsoft account after a reset or through the app store, I get the message "Microsoft services unavailable, please check network connection" when trying to log in. The error code is 0x800c0002

    Local account as I was unable to login to my Microsoft account after a reset.

    Are you running/logged in as a Microsoft account or local account on your computer?
