DirectX error while trying install game

Hello

it has been a while that im trying to download the "Epic Launcher" to play Fortnite but when the im trying to install he launcher i get a message when it comes to the DirectX part (in the picture). i tried to contact with "Epic Games" but they said it is a problem in windows. so i came here to ask you please help me to solve this problem. im trying to solve this problem over 3 months. i have the lastest DirectX (in the picture). please help me what to do.

    Try and run the update below for backwards compatibility for games that run in an older version of DirectX.

    Because I think that Fortnite uses DirectX 11.
