DirectX error while trying install game

Hello

it has been a while that im trying to download the "Epic Launcher" to play Fortnite but when the im trying to install he launcher i get a message when it comes to the DirectX part (in the picture). i tried to contact with "Epic Games" but they said it is a problem in windows. so i came here to ask you please help me to solve this problem. im trying to solve this problem over 3 months. i have the lastest DirectX (in the picture). please help me what to do.

    yeah i ran it and it downloaded me a lot of winrar files

    Oh ok so you did that part... then you are correct one the DXSETUP file from that folder where all the cab files are.
